Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items

• Items must be returned in the equivalent condition they were sold in:

  • New items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

  • Used items must be returned in the same condition as sold.

• International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by our payment providers. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process, depending on your payment provider.
